INTERNATIONAL TRANSPORTATION INDUSTRY CHAMBER (CIT)

The Future Horizons Global Logistics Conference was launched in 2024, spearheaded by Natalia Sanchez, President of the United States Chapter of the International Transportation Industry Chamber, along with the CIT Board Members. This esteemed event will host the CIT General Assembly over two days, featuring educational sessions and networking opportunities for global leaders in logistics and transportation.

Established in 2002, the International Transportation Industry Chamber (CIT) is dedicated to safeguarding the interests of carriers and their representative organizations. It also promotes technological advancement in transportation, conducts economic and legal research, and organizes educational events focused on energy telematics, innovation, and related technologies.

The reputation and research of CIT has even reached the United Nations. In 2011, the UN Conference on Trade & Development (UNCTAD) welcomed CIT as an observer member. Since then, CIT has been entrusted with monitoring and reporting on global transportation trends, risks, challenges, and opportunities to the UN for their awareness and consideration.

Don't miss your chance to network with this distinguished organization!

Through progressive policies, Georgia has gained a competitive advantage in logistics. With the swiftly growing Port of Savannah, the busy Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, and a robust road and rail network, Georgia excels at efficiently moving goods and people globally. To promote economic growth and development, the state offers attractive incentives for businesses to set up operations in the Peach State.

Join these major brands who have chosen Georgia!

Hyundai, Rivian, Kubota, Burlington and Bradshaw Home.

“They’re coming here in part because the Southeast has the nation’s fastest growing population and because of our superior transportation network.”

-American Journal of Transportation

Savannah offers a delightful ambiance, an exciting culinary landscape, a variety of entertainment choices, and much more. If this is your first visit to Savannah, it definitely won’t be your last! Each trip to "The Hostess City" reveals something new. Enjoy picturesque riverfront walks or indulge in dinner aboard a riverboat, with the scenic Savannah River as your backdrop in this historic city. If you're traveling with family, consider exploring Forsyth Park, catching a game with the Savannah Bananas or Savannah Ghost Pirates, visiting the Savannah Children’s Museum, or embarking on a scavenger hunt at Plant Riverside. For a romantic evening, unwind at one of Savannah’s rooftop lounges or savor a meal at one of the many delicious restaurants.
